The WhyTry Program was originally developed for adolescents, and most of the original data on WhyTry was collected in high schools. Thousands of high schools use WhyTry to improve student retention, academic performance, and school climate.
Anger-Free is offering WhyTry Program to schools as an after school program or as a 1 hour class during regular school schedule once a week. Struggling students are invited into the WhyTry course, where they learn some of the critical social and emotional skills everyone needs to succeed. For students in grades 9 and 10, WhyTry can provide tools to help change patterns of failure and indifference and improve their high school career. For students in grades 11 and 12, WhyTry can help provide motivation to put in the effort to graduate and lower the anxiety about their future that often leads to self-defeating behavior. |

| Anger Management for Adolescents: |
| |
|
| |
Anger Management is a class that teaches us skills to improve the adolescent's stress management, anger management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
Here the adolescent learns how to handle stressful situations calmly and intelligently. Centered and focused on what he or she wants to resolve, the adolescent can easily find the solution for any problem in his or her life.
This improves communication with parents, siblings and friends, leading to improvement at school and better performance in all aspects of the adolescent's life.
