| What is it? |
You can attend this class in the confort of your home, worldwide. Teleclasses are very dinamic and participants meet once a week over the phone. There are discussions and exercises through which one can learn to improve stress management, anger management, emotional intelligence and communication skills.

| How does it work? |
Anger management teleclass begins with the initial contact with the participant on the phone. In this initial contact we will talk about the participant’s needs and his or her personal and behavioral qualities that will be assessed through the phone interview.
The next step is to start the classes we recommend at least 12 classes to get the best you can from the program. These classes are only for self-referred clients.
